Job Description
The Specialist -Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and attracting top talent, managing multiple roles, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, from initial job posting through to candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Sourcing Screening: Use various channels to source candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) and conduct phone screenings to assess fit.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, align on selection criteria, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Job Posting Advertising: Write and post clear, effective job descriptions across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews with stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication throughout the interview process, providing timely feedback, and being the main point of contact.
- Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create competitive offers and communicate them to candidates.
- Data Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, using ATS and other tools.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company s brand as an employer of choice by showcasing culture, values, and employee experiences during the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.
