Job Description
Description
We are looking for a skilled Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both modern JavaScript frameworks and traditional PHP-based systems. You will play a crucial role in revamping our website and ensuring the successful implementation of new features.
Requirement
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficiency in React and Node.js.
- Experience with PHP and transitioning from PHP to modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend development.
- Knowledge of additional technologies such as Docker, Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Web Development:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.
- Migrate existing PHP-based features to the new stack.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement new features.
Optimization:
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Coding Standards:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
