MS Power Platform Architect / Senior Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled MS Power Platform Architect / Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, MS CRM, and related technologies, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications and automation solutions using MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Architect, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS CRM solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the development of custom connectors, integrations, and extensions using Power Platform and related Azure services.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and best practices are followed while developing Power Platform applications.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 features and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions using MS Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with MS CRM development and customization, including entity customization, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.
• Proficiency in Dataverse, CDS, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs (REST, OData, Graph API, etc.).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Certifications.
• Experience with AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for Power Platform (CI/CD pipelines, ALM, etc.).
• Understanding of low-code/no-code development best practices.
