Responsibilities: Reception Management:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain appointment schedules and meeting arrangements.
• Handle office supplies, courier services, and record-keeping.

Coordination:

• Liaise with departments for smooth operations and support tasks.
• Assist HR/admin in onboarding and documentation processes.

Facility Management:

• Ensure the reception area and office are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Oversee visitor access, ID logs, and security protocols.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
• Time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role preferred. Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
