Factory Accountant

The Factory Accountant is responsible for controlling factory overheads and maintaining factory profitability. The role holder should ensure that the appropriate control framework is in place to safeguard the assets and provide value-added information/analysis to the management for better decision-making. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the health and safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development Preparing budgets, controlling overheads, and analyzing variances.
2. Driving the factory PL while minimizing margin erosion.
3. Ensuring adherence to group policies and procedures and the appropriate control framework to safeguard assets.
4. Providing information to the management in a timely and accurate manner, as per the stipulated guidelines.
5. Creating value by offering information/analysis to assist in driving the business.
