Job Description
- The role will also be responsible for day-to-day research, social media monitoring,
moderation and tasks like:
Set business-unit and corporate social media targeting, reach, engagement and
conversion goals
- Work with stakeholders to define KPI s for success and track against them
Work with social media and digital leadership to help evolve agency metrics
processes and techniques
- Measure the impact and return of social media efforts
- Analyze results to identify business insights, opportunities and recommendations
- Analyse social landscape and audience buzz volume, frequency, velocity,
demographics, and related dimensions
- Research and report on social media campaigns, performance, trends, competitor
benchmarking and opportunities
Required Skills :
- Strong in Ideation research, writing and communication skills, and strong eye for
detailing.
- Experience in measuring & monitoring social media, and deriving actionable
business insights out of social data
- In-depth social media analytics experience with exposure to social media analytics
tools experience
- Genuine zest for numbers and strong analytic skills, both quantitative and
qualitative, and the ability to think critically
Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
Skills : - Social Media Analytics, Social media Management, Digital Marketing,
- Creative

- Hands-on experience on PowerPoint & excel
