About The Role :
Brand Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including defining brand positioning, value propositions, and unique selling points, in alignment with business objectives. Market Analysis:Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine brand strategy and improve brand perception. Marketing Campaigns:Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams, to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty. Brand Consistency:Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms, campaigns, and communications. Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Budget Management:Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI. Experience:Minimum of 6-10 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to lead and scale brand initiatives. Education:Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is preferred.
