SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Applicant must have worked in the domain of brand management with understanding of brand positioning and communication development process.
2. Sound understanding of media, BTL, and digital is required for the role of evaluation of various proposals.
3. Applicant must be able to conceive a campaign and navigate various agencies to provide apt solution for the campaign.
4. High degree of networking is expected with the role to coordinate and perform the given business task
5. Applicant should have keen interest to learn and must be adaptable to work around challenging business situations.
6. Experience of automobile industry/motorsports is an added advantage.
For Branding
To support the head in all activities related to the brand, specifically
o Compilation of all brand and competitor related information
o Marketing communication
o Product planning
Handling coordination and holding of events.
Handling the outdoor media and coordination with local dealers and Advtg. Agency for local promos and campaigns. Good understanding of the automobile market
Thorough understanding of the communication process, various media, experience on campaign building for Press, TV.
Understanding of Print/Production processes.
Some understanding of the consumer insight taking process.
Handled and deep understanding of direct media/events.
Ability to work on their own to deliver results should not need constant supervision and hand-holding
Comfort with decisions under time pressure.
Strong communication and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks/ various depts. Process orientation, operationally strong, team player.
