- Brand Strategy Development: Define the brand vision, mission, and positioning. Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of brandled campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special initiatives.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to understand target audiences. Use this information to refine brand messaging and identify new growth opportunities.
- Content & Messaging: Collaborate with the copy and creative teams to create compelling, onbrand content for various channels.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across all customer interactions.
- Brand Health Tracking: Monitor brand perception and key brand metrics. Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to strengthen brand positioning.
- Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform brand strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years in brand management, preferably within a highgrowth, consumerfacing company.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting consumer insights and market trends.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
