Role & responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of the branch, including Business development
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer service levels are maintained
• Ensuring all documents are prepared accurately and accompany each consignment
• Creating and maintaining weekly reports on operations and sales
• Directing investigations to resolve customer or shipper complaint
