- STRATEGY AND EXECUTION OF DEVELOPING NEW DISTRIBUTORS/DEALERS.
- MONITOR COMPETITORS ACTIVITIESIN (CLUDING SALES AND MARKET ACTIVATIONS.)
- ESTABLISH SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND REVIEW MECHANISMSTO SUPPORT CHANNEL GROWTH.
- MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SALES TEAM AND MOTIVATING MEMBERS.
- RECRUITMENT. TRAINING & RETENTION OF TEAN CHANNEL PARTNERS DEALERS AND SALES EXECUTIVES.
