Branch Credit Manager

You will be responsible for

• Underwriting of cases under Assessed Income & Regular Income (Affordable HL & LAP Underwriting)
• Miscellaneous work like ensuring correct data entry, timely audit responses and closures, maintaining MIS as and when required including data collation, getting mortgage deed & re-conveyance done
• Ensure Portfolio Quality: Monitoring bounces and early delinquency data & self-construction cases
• Ensure excellent TAT PD, property visit, vendor report, file decision & disbursement TAT
• Vendor Management Legal, technical and other credit vendors identification, on-boarding, billing etc. Entire cycle management
• Training the Branch Staff (Business, Credit, Collections)
• Ensure excellent Branch Scores (Audit, HindSighting etc.)
• Document Management (PDD, Title Documents etc.)
• Any other work assigned as per companys requirement

Candidate must have :

• Should have 3-6 years of experience working in Underwriting and Credit
• Should have good market knowledge and understanding of all processes in NBFC/ HFC and Affordable MSE Segment
• Should have worked in Affordable segment/Small Ticket Size
• Should have good knowledge of Excel
