Python - Full Stack AI Developer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AI/ML frameworks, and web development using modern JavaScript frameworks and SQL/No-SQL databases.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with hands-on experience in Python, API development, Azure cloud hosting, and JavaScript technologies like VueJS, React, or Angular. The role also requires solid experience in AI/ML areas such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and other AI-driven methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct R&D in software development, including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment, and support.
• Develop and maintain scalable, extensible, and secure Python applications and APIs, integrating AI/ML frameworks like RAG, Prompt Engineering, and more.
• Utilize FastAPI or Flask to build high-performance APIs for enterprise applications.
• Implement best practices for software development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Work with JavaScript frameworks (VueJS/React/Angular) for front-end development.
• Design and develop internal and external RESTful APIs to integrate cloud-hosted applications, ensuring authentication and hosting in Azure following API Management standards.
• Develop release management strategies and configure automated deployment pipelines for application and database changes across QA, Staging, and Production environments.
• Configure and manage GitHub / Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance analysis to optimize applications and database performance.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and artifacts for developed software.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing web applications using Python, FastAPI, and AI/ML frameworks (RAG, Prompt Engineering, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript frameworks (VueJS / Angular / React).
• Strong database skills with SQL (Azure SQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap for front-end development.
• Ability to work across all phases of SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and support, following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of object-oriented design concepts and best practices.
• Experience working independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent client communication skills.
