Job Description

Ability to lead a Team as well function individually for a large customer base

Well versed with the entire process of CRM with strong experience in collections

Must have handled multiple projects, exposure commercial projects will an added advantage

Must have good communication skills (written and verbal) with a pleasant personality

End to end CRM related activities post-sales till possession /handing over units for the assigned project / projects

Achieving periodic collection targets and maximize the revenue
-
Monitor the operation & performance of data analysis with respect to all analytics reports, dashboards, etc
- Ensuring correct documentation relating to Agreement for Sale, registration, client profiling
- Follow up for payment, Issue receipts, and customer refunds etc
- Monitoring outstanding payments, collection targets, GST and other related payments
- Working closely with all sales team/execution teams / accounts team to ensure that the CRM dept is working effectively for all aspects
- Responsible for developing healthy and cordial relations with clients by periodic interactions and feedback
