Job Description
Job Description: Brainwonders, a leading provider of career counseling and assessment services, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
* Support marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and event promotion.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Help in creating marketing collateral and promotional materials.
* Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
* Assist in organizing and executing events or promotional activities.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a related field (Marketing, Business, etc.).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
* Creative thinking and an eagerness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
