Job Description
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Use A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, ROI, and growth metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness
- Design and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Develop and optimize onboarding, engagement, and retention processes.
- Identify and execute growth hacking tactics to rapidly test and iterate on marketing initiatives.
- Implement and manage growth experiments to test new ideas and optimize existing channels.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools and features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
