Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough analysis of customer business needs, workflows, and existing systems.

- Gather detailed requirements from clients through meetings, workshops, and presentations.

- Document and prioritize customer requirements effectively.

- Identify and analyze business processes and suggest improvements.

- Map customer requirements to the appropriate Odoo modules and functionalities.

- Design and configure Odoo solutions to meet specific client needs. Develop and maintain detailed system documentation.

- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.

- Provide post-implementation support and training to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on ERP best practices and Odoo solutions.

- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in Odoo ERP and industry best practices. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and certifications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a strong preference for Odoo ERP.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in specific industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare).

- Experience with Agile methodologies. Odoo certifications.
