Brainvire Infotech - Frontend Developer - AEM Platform (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and integrate Flight JS components, ensuring WCAG 2.0 & WCAG 2.1 compliance and designing intuitive and user-friendly UI.

- Collaborate effectively with design teams to translate creative concepts into scalable and performant web applications.

- Work seamlessly with AEM and Hybris technologies to integrate diverse frontend components.

- Implement responsive and accessible design principles to enhance user engagement and accessibility.

- Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.

- Optimize application performance and scalability by leveraging advanced web development tools and frameworks.

- Actively participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Oversee and guide the planning and technical execution of AEM projects to ensure successful delivery.

- Lead and contribute to the planning and estimation of Adobe projects across all phases, including frontend, middleware, backend, and environment setup.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including ES6+), and related technologies.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining AEM websites with custom development.

- In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and other core

functionalities.

- Experience with AEM development tools, including CRXDE Lite, Sightly, and OSGi.

- Experience with AEM's content management features, including DAM, metadata, and JCR property management.

- Experience in creating custom components, servlets, and integrating with third-party APIs.

- Experience with AEM workflows, including custom workflows and adaptive forms creation.

- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.0 & 2.1 guidelines and experience in developing accessible web

applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
