Business Analyst (4-5 yrs)

Designation : Senior Business Analyst

What you will do in this role :

- Cost-Benefit Analysis : Conduct cost-benefit analysis of projects to enhance the efficiency of the company's online sales process.

- Requirement Gathering : Identify, analyze, and understand the mobile and web-based needs and requirements of companies.

- Technical Feasibility : Communicate with clients to gather requirements, check technical feasibility, provide technical solutions, and raise queries.

- Project Support : Provide suggestions to the development team during the project development phase to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.

- Scrum Participation : Actively participate in daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure project goals are met.

- Documentation : Create and manage documentation such as SOW, SRS, BRD, workflow diagrams, use cases, technical presentations, wireframes/prototypes, and effort estimation sheets.

- Change Management : Manage and address change requests related to project plans to meet agreed deadlines.

- Data Evaluation : Evaluate data collected through task analysis and business process assessments.

- Client Communication : Document analysis results and workflows, obtain client sign-off, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team by providing necessary documentation and insights to help convert leads and prospects into clients.

- Team Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams and manage communication to ensure smooth project execution.

- Effort Estimation : Accurately estimate project requirements and timelines.

What qualifications you will need :

- Experience : 4 -6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in custom web Application

Skills :

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

- Proficiency in creating documentation (SOW, SRS, BRD, etc.).

- Familiarity with process analysis and business intelligence.

- Knowledge of mobile and web-based technologies/mean/mern

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with major stakeholders.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications : Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

- Tools : Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps ), wireframing tools, and data analysis tools.

- Work Environment : Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, participate in Scrum meetings, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
