- The Head of Operations - Projects (Civil and Carpentry) will oversee the operational aspects of these key areas within the Projects.

- This leader will manage a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality, custom home dcor solutions, focusing on civil and carpentry work.

- The role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, and driving profitability.

Who qualifies?

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

- Proven 10 plus experience as Head of Operations or in a senior executive role in operations management, with a focus on civil and carpentry projects.

- Experience in managing high-end or luxury construction and carpentry projects is highly preferred.

- Experience in managing complex custom projects with high client involvement.

- Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering complex projects, and leading diverse teams.
