Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  
• Develop sales strategies to meet targets and grow revenue streams.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (preferably from real estate sector).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing or relevant discipline; excellent academic record required.
  
• Proven track record of success in client relationship management, new client acquisition, sales strategy development, team coordination, project management, leadership skills, communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving abilities.
