Marketing Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
  Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Content Creation:
  Develop and manage high-quality content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing collateral to engage target audiences.
• Digital Marketing:
  Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Monitor performance and suggest improvements to optimize results.
• Brand Development:
  Help maintain and strengthen brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Market Research & Analysis:
  Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends. Provide reports and recommendations for strategy refinement.
• Event Coordination:
  Assist in organizing marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and customer conferences, including logistics, content, and promotion.
• Product Marketing Support:
  Support the development and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales materials.
• Collaboration with Teams:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Customer Engagement:
  Interact with customers through various channels to gather feedback, respond to inquiries, and support community-building efforts.
