Botree Software is the largest provider of Distributor Management Software in South Asia and services about 40,000 distributors and ~3 million retailers. The company seeks to leverage its client base to expand its service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter.
• Writing clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debugging and fixing issues in existing applications.
• Implementing new features and functionality as per project requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers.
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Should have excellent programming skills.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Should also have strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and delivering Flutter based apps.
• Strong Knowledge in Flutter Framework.
• Proficiency in cross platform mobile development.
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and mobile backend integration.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
• Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.
