Job Responsibilities:

The Product Marketing & Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our nutraceutical products and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities Includes but not Limited: Product Marketing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing nutraceutical products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and operations, to drive product launches and promotions.
• Create and manage product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

Branding:

• Define and maintain the brands positioning, voice, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Develop and execute brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand values.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all product lines and marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support branding and marketing initiatives.

Corporate Communication:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the companys image and reputation.
• Create and manage content for corporate announcements, press releases, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with media and public relations teams to handle media inquiries and build positive relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Oversee the companys social media presence and online reputation, including content creation and engagement strategies.

International Expo Management:

• Design, plan, and execute booth creation for international expos and trade shows, ensuring that our presence effectively showcases our products and brand identity.
• Collaborate with design agencies, contractors, and vendors to create visually appealing and functional booth displays.
• Coordinate logistics for expo participation, including booth setup, product displays, and promotional materials.
• Develop strategies to engage attendees and maximize brand visibility during expos.
• Manage the budget for expo participation and booth creation, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Collaborate with senior management to align marketing and branding strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage budgets for marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience 15+ years in product marketing, branding, and corporate communication, preferably within the nutraceutical or consumer health industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and corporate communication strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights to drive product and brand strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
