About the job:

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Good understanding of Ind AS.

- Prepare and present financial reports/MIS basis monthly books closure.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.

- Develop SOPs and implement risk management strategies and processes.

Internal Controls:

- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance of internal controls and other laws/relevant regulations.

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.

Collaboration:

- Work with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: CA with over 2-4 years of experience

Experience: CA with 2-4 years experience for Mumbai location.

The role includes financial reporting, testing of internal controls, managing statutory and internal audits, consolidation, liasioning with various internal and external stakeholders.

Skills:

- Knowledge of Tally; Power BI is preferred

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
