Escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff or management as needed. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions. Collaborating with other teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Identifying trends or patterns in customer issues or inquiries and providing feedback to the company to improve product design, delivery, or customer service. Maintaining a positive and customer-oriented attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority.
