Roles & Responsibilities :

• NX CAM Tool hands on Experience
• 4 to 8 Years of manufacturing engineering experience, current technical Skills in Manufacturing environment with CNC Shop floor experience.
• Candidate should be well Versed in CNC cycle programming, Manual programming, wire edm, grinding, tooling etc.
• Required Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc controller programming and machining experience.
• Knowledge in PDM-Team center environment.
• Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work well in fast paced , dynamic environment.
• Analytical skill to provide technical solution in machining domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in collaborating with global teams
• Adaptability to work effectively under pressure

Jobs and responsibilities are detailed below:

• Creation of CAM resources (tools, clamping devices, etc).
• Troubleshooting software to identity issues through analysis of software logs , System logs, etc.
• Provide engineering solution to the product group to resolve manufacturing problems.
• Validate the NC Program in real time virtual simulation software (CSE).
• Provide the required technical guidance to the team members for executing the Projects.
• Working or experience with NX Post development would be added advantage.
