Customer Solutioning Engineer For Digital Twin

• Customer Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Technical Orchestration: Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Asset & Instrumentation Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge of assets and instrumentation to identify and address customer needs and challenges effectively.
• Digital Twin Solution Ecosystem: Develop a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science, and simulation, to support solutioning and delivery.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to customer projects, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
• Actively contribute to the health indicator and KPI development projects for various templates.
• Responsible for developing and deploying various predictive maintenance models into production environments. Monitoring of model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability.
