We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our digital and content marketing initiatives, with expertise in both inbound and outbound strategies. This role requires a versatile marketer with a passion for content creation, performance marketing, and an ability to drive both lead generation and brand awareness as per business needs. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, a self-driven commitment to executional excellence, and a cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Creation:
Content strategy and planning: Build quarterly and annual content marketing plans based on the global strategic marketing plan including channel-specific content strategies.
Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of content across various platforms (website, social media, email newsletters).
Develop a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy, focusing on creating and editing high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, videos, etc. ) that resonates with our target audience.
Work closely with subject matter experts and regional sales teams to develop thought leadership content to augment brand campaigns, ensuring content is aligned with audience key challenges and business objectives.
Performance Marketing
Own the complete marketing tech-stack, including planning and management of all Martech tools that will optimize marketing processes to become increasingly intelligence-led.
Manage agency partners and technology providers to generate high ROI through the martech stack across all communication channels. Implement lead nurturing strategies through email marketing and marketing automation tools (Salesforce) to drive engagement and convert leads into MQLs.
Design email templates, newsletters, and sales collaterals for sales and marketing activities across the world.
SEO and Analytics:
Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off page SEO performance, and monitor website and content plans to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Develop strategies for continuous improvement of all digital demand generation campaigns utilizing analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush) to measure content/campaign performance and suggest improvements for better lead generation and engagement.
Generate organic and inorganic traffic to the Bosch SDS website and improve targeted keyword ranking in SERP results and achieve performance targets as per the strategic marketing plan
