Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead and oversee the architectural design and development of [specify projects/products]. • Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead a team of architects, developers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and clients, to align architecture with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and team members.

• Technology Expertise
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and integrate innovative technologies into architectural signage.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure the alignment of the implementation with architectural standards.

• Project Management
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Arch in Architecture and Masters in Regional/town planning/sustainability/architecture, or a related field preferable.
• Management course
• Proven experience in architectural roles with a minimum of 12+ years in the architectural field.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in software: Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, and BIM.
• Good skill of presentation and have experience in overseas projects.
