We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.

Your responsibilities will be:
Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (with the possibility of expanding to other channels).
Continuously test A/B - finding the most effective combinations of creatives, funnels, and audiences.
Manage budgets - you ll be responsible for their effectiveness and allocation.
Analyze competitors and the market - monitor their funnels and ad strategies.
Work with analytics tools - AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker.
Collaborate closely with the creative team - developing content strategies for ad campaigns.
Explore new user acquisition channels and test their performance.
Work with varying budget ranges, from $10k to $1 million per month.
Adapt campaigns for the U.S. market - understand how advertising works for American audiences.
Move fast, analyze, and optimize - we care about results, not the process for process s sake.
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
Experience working with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
