Job Description


Ideal candidate must be:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing, from a reputed institute (preferred)
  • A self-motivated go-getter with a passion for rapid learning and career growth.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative team player who excels at multitasking in dynamic environments.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactively engages with bank sales teams to pitch integrated solutions on Bank-Owned POS Terminals, ensuring smooth collaboration with merchants, clients, and their ERP/ECR partners for seamless integration completion.

Role Description

The incumbent would be required to:

1) Ensure Readiness: Secure all internal requirements including IP address whitelisting, integration documents, and credentials, and deliver them promptly to the Merchant, Client, ERP, and ECR partners.

2) Drive Technical Integrations: Actively coordinate with Operations and Technology teams to execute technical integrations swiftly and ensure implementation is completed within defined timelines.

3) Facilitate Seamless Integrations: Collaborate closely with Merchants, Clients, ERP, and ECR partners to provide all necessary information, ensuring smooth and efficient integration processes.

4) Strengthen Relationships: Proactively manage relationships by addressing all integration-related requests and concerns from Merchants with urgency and efficiency, minimizing response times.

5) Accelerate Adoption: Engage with the Bank's sales team daily to drive the adoption of integrated solutions across their merchant network, maximizing reach and impact.

6) Expand Opportunities: Partner with ERP providers to identify new opportunities for offering integrated solutions to their clients and facilitate their onboarding onto our platform.

7) Empower Through Training: Develop and manage compelling, high-impact training videos for Merchants, equipping their staff to seamlessly navigate and utilize the transaction flow.


Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of proven success in sales and relationship management within Merchant Acquiring for Banks, fintech, or related industries.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Excels in tackling complex challenges in fast-paced environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and executive presence, thriving under pressure and maintaining composure in high-stakes scenarios.
  • Works seamlessly across cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Understanding of technical integrations within the payments industry. Prior exposure to Financial / Marketing Product Development would be an added benefit.
  • Established relationships with Banks and key merchants, adept at building strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Consistently delivers measurable results, meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices, regulatory compliance, and emerging trends in the payments sector.
  • Skilled in data analysis, metrics-driven decision-making, and accurate revenue forecasting.
