Job Description: CA/CMA Fresher

Reports to: Finance General Manager

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a fresh CA/CMA graduate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for understanding and controlling costs. As a key member of the finance team, you will support the company's cost analysis, management information system (MIS), and budget forecasting processes. You will play an integral role in ensuring the financial efficiency and profitability of our manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA (Cost Management Accounting) - Fresher
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions)
• Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
• Experience: Fresher with strong academic background in accounting, finance, or costing.
