Role Summary:

The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role focuses on optimizing short path distillation operations to achieve high-quality output and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project timelines.

Supervise and optimize short path distillation processes for purity and yield maximization.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.

2. Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve short path distillation protocols to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Collaborate with R&D and Quality Control teams to refine processes and scale-up production.

3. Team Management:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians.

Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production unit.

4. Equipment and Resource Management:

Oversee maintenance and calibration of distillation equipment to minimize downtime.

Ensure availability of raw materials, consumables, and utilities for uninterrupted production.

Manage vendor relationships and procurement of specialized SPD equipment or parts.

5. Quality Assurance and Documentation:

Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.

Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address deviations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Ensure finished products meet predefined quality standards.

6. Safety and Compliance:

Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for hazardous materials or processes.

Participate in audits and inspections to maintain certifications and approvals.

7. Audits

Responsible for all audits related to, ISO 9001, ISO 22000,FCID,KOSHER ,HALAL ,FSSAI
