AVP/Manager- Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities:

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
• To define, agree and control all the SLAs for financial operational processes along with
  stakeholders
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with RBI regulations, IND AS, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards.
• Manage financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities/consultants to ensure compliance with statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and accounting systems.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and business performance analysis.
• Stay updated on NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and financial industry trends to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
