Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer/Tech Lead with experience in embedded systems, Linux/QNX, and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of C++, system programming, and safety standards like MISRA. A strong leader, you will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive software development in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software design and development in C++ for embedded systems (Linux/QNX).
• Apply agile methodologies and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize code, debug issues, and ensure compliance with MISRA and FUSA standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware/software integration.
• Contribute to open-source projects and improve CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills:

• C++ Developer
  
  - Shall have more that 4 years of exp into software development- Experience in software development with object-oriented languages- Preferred in modern C++. knowledge of POSIX operating systems (Linux, QNX) and their use in Embedded Systems.- Contribution to opensource project- Understanding of CI/CD process-Ability to debug code and resolve issues, code profiling and memory profiling-Good understanding of git workflow and git as a version control system-Exposure to Linux operating system and basic commands-Ability to learn new technology as per project needs-Excellent problem-solving skills- Experience with MISRA standards for safe & secure coding is of an advantage- Contribution to opensource project is a plus
  
  
• C++ Tech lead / Architect
  
  - More than 10+ year of experience into embedded SW development- Hands on Exp into C++ (14+ version) with Linux/QNX platform- Deep understanding of POSIX based operating systems especially Linux or QNX.- Extensive Expertise in latest C++ standards.- Experience with Rust is a plus.- Good understanding Bazel builds- Experience in embedded software development as well as in the field of hardware and software architecture of software systems in serial use under Linux / QNX- Strong team and communication skills with a willingness to discuss solutions with many stakeholders in loops and to lead them to the goal.- Ability to learn new technology as per project needs and mentor junior engineers.- Foster an environment of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.- Business-fluent skills in English, German is a plus.- Experience with MISRA standards for safe & secure coding is of an advantage- Contribution to opensource project is a plus
