• Review design end-to-end preferably CRM or similar solutions, including data architecture, workflows, user interfaces, and integration with other systems.
• Align as per IT compliance and standards set within the organization.
• Develop comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with enterprise architects, incorporating best practices and industry trends.
• Ensures data integrity within the CRM connected applications.
• Defines project plan and communicates project status, issues, and risks.
• Define the technical roadmap for CRM related products.
• To ensure the incremental coverage of unit test cases written in any standard frameworks.

What should you bring along

• Experience in implementing CRM products in a large scale across diversified regions.
• Experience in supporting change, operations Azure cloud platform management.
• Actively worked in cost optimization in the areas of storage, services, and licensing.
• Maintains and lead Agile product depot system documentation.
• Develops CRM Team competencies and coaching.

Must have technical skill

• MS Dynamics CRM, C#, MS Power platform, Microsoft Business Intelligence, GitHub.

Good to have technical skills

• Azure Cloud (Function Apps, Logic apps Synapse), Terraform, Other CRM like Salesforce.
