Job Description
- Go to person for SAP MM & WM modules during every new Project / Rollout and Support (working during different business hours)
- Configure and maintain all the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to ECC
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and Business requirement and propose the business solution by understanding the existing landscape for the Incident and Change Request
- Support business users for user training, UAT, prepare Test scripts.
- Support business to Extract, Transform and Cleanse data objects whenever required.
- Create and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required gap analysis on existing solution, end-to end process design, testing strategy, training, etc.
- Perform as L1 Support & escalation Point of contact for any Production issues in SAP WM and MM & all Logistics related interfaces.
- Create Proposed solutions, functional specifications for CR (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development team to write the technical specifications and develop those RICEFW objects.
- Coordinate with the global team on all changes SAP WM and related Interfaces.
- Knowledge in all WM Master Data, transactional data
- Experience of complete procure-to-pay (PTP) cycle process in SAP is a must along with WM.
- Fundamental knowledge on entire Supply Chain/procurement process & impacts (Automotive domain preferred)
- Strong hands on with Inventory management/Contract/PR/PO release strategy in SAP MM
- Experience in Configuration Simulation
- Strong in MRP (with MTO, MTS & ETO strategies), Account determination process, Production/Sales orders/Scheduling agreements, Stock movements and inventory updates
- Good knowledge of Serial Number & Batch* Good knowledge on ALE/ iDOCs /Databases/ Interfaces/ BAPIs/ User exits / BDCs / LSMW / LTMC
- Documentation knowledge of AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- Good problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, teamwork, decision making, and is able to communicate with Leadership team.
- Theory/Reading about S/4HANA is welcome (no experience is needed)
- Special Requirement: Handling unit Management and Mobile data entry experience
- Fair knowledge across all Logistical SAP modules however good knowledge on the Warehouse management. Initial focus on in/outbound, inventory, returns and master data.
- Ability to assist with problem identification and possible solution by means of skills such as code debugging.
- Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes.
- Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.
- Provide System Proposal / System Design Specifications to Technical team for any Customized developments objects.
- Preparation of test cases and user manuals.
- Support experience.
What should you bring along
Knowledge of WM
Must have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations / support projects.
Preferably SAP Certified.
Good integration knowledge with ECC components
Should have understanding and hands on experience in below functionalities:
Warehouse order creation
Wave Management
Advanced Yard Management
Advance Labor Management.
Deconsolidation
Rearrangement
Internal Routing
Put away strategies.
Removal strategies
Storage Unit Management
Advanced replenishment
Warehouse Monitor

Easy Graphics Framework for creating Dashboards.
RFID integration
Automatic stock adjustment.
Parcel Manifest
Slotting
Dock Schedule
Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
Should be able to work with the technical team for any enhancement/development requirement.
Must have strong desire to solve problems and develop solution through configuration.
Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
Must have technical skill

Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality
Ability to take over end-to-end responsibility
Agile knowledge & Experience
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users
Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation
S/4HANA Functional experience in stockroom (advantageous)
Cloud ALM (advantageous)
