Job Description

We re on the lookout for a highly skilled C++ Developer to join our team and contribute to the cutting-edge software powering BMW s automotive technology.

Must-Have Professional Experience

3+ years of professional C++ development experience.
C++ Proficiency: Expertise in modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20).
Relevant Industry Experience: Background in automotive, aerospace, transport, or Tier 1 supplier industries.
Software Architecture & Design: Deep knowledge of architectural patterns and building maintainable systems.
Multithreading & Concurrency: Expertise in optimizing performance in complex, multithreaded environments.
System-Level Programming: Skilled in memory management, performance optimization, networking, and low-level OS interactions.
CI/CD & Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, CMake, GitHub, etc.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of automotive-specific systems (e.g., CAN, LIN, SOME/IP protocols) and safety standards like ISO 26262 .
Experience working in startups or dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
