Job Title: HR Intern (Full-Time)

Location: BML Munjal University, Gurugram, Haryana, India

Duration: 12 months

Stipend/Compensation: Rs.9000 - Rs 12000/ Month

BML Munjal University is a premier educational institution committed to excellence in education, research, and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the smooth functioning of talent acquisition and HR operations.

Role and Responsibilities

The HR Intern will work closely with the HR department and be responsible for:

1. Talent Acquisition
   
• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinating with departments to understand hiring needs and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

1. HR Operations and Record Keeping
   
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including onboarding and exit documentation.
• Assisting in drafting and issuing HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with university policies and employment laws.

1. HR Support
   
• Supporting the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Addressing queries related to recruitment and employee records.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition and record keeping.

• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
