- Strong content development and management skills - ILT and digital content.

- Should have developed learning journeys and content for enterprise trainings.

- Should have a rich experience in need analysis & devising ROI driven enterprise learning strategies.

- Should have experience in designing & developing content for sales & customer service trainings.

- Should possess rich experience in Competency mapped curriculum design and development.

- Strong team management skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- Should be able to manage P&L.

- Should have designed/managed competency assessments.

- Should have managed assessment centers.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- The candidate will lead the content team for conceptualizing, designing & developing competency mapped content.

- Will also be required to work on designing learning solutions and frameworks.

- Will be responsible for championing projects to conduct diagnosis, solutioning and delivery plan to achieve business goals.

- Will be responsible for managing the P&L of content projects.

- Manage a team of instructional designers, e-learning content developers and learning consultants.
