Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide system solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, innovative, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of architectural milestones and objectives, balancing technical feasibility and business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, including backend, frontend, and operations, to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across systems and processes.
  • Review and approve technical designs and documentation to ensure adherence to company standards, best practices, and architecture principles.
  • Advocate for development standards, promote best practices, and ensure alignment of the system architecture with the companys strategic goals.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, provide mentorship to development teams, and drive improvements in system performance, security, and reliability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to determine their potential integration into the system architecture.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven expertise in architecture design for cloud-based and on-premises systems, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
  • Deep knowledge of open-source frameworks and tools, with experience in technologies such as Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and containerization.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native solutions, distributed architectures, and integrating third-party systems.
  • Experience in driving application modernization initiatives, including the migration from monolithic systems to microservices or serverless architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system automation to streamline deployment and operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of security best practices, data protection, and compliance requirements for enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, alerting, and building resilient systems in cloud environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on optimizing system performance and reliability.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data architecture is a plus.
