Sales Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by expanding our market presence in the electronics components and semiconductors sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling flooring-related products, with a deep understanding of ESD and Epoxy applications. This role requires a B.Tech in Electronics holder who possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in sales within the specified industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electronics components and semiconductors sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.

Understand client requirements and provide customized flooring solutions to meet their specific needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new client acquisition and account growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech) in Electronics.

Proven experience in sales within the electronics and automobile industry, particularly in selling flooring-related products.

Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Epoxy applications is essential.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel as required.

Experience: Min. 3 Years

Salary: 25-30k
