Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and RESTful Services with 8+ yrs experience.

- Familiarity with the GuidingCare platform and its workflows.

- Strong experience in Azure Cloud technologies: Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Event Hub, Blob Storage, etc.

- Understanding of healthcare data exchange standards like FHIR, HL7, X12, and EDI transactions.

- Knowledge of ETL tools and experience managing large-scale data integrations.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Terraform , Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge :

- Minimum 4 years of experience working on healthcare IT solutions, including care management, eligibility verification, and claims systems.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Good to have :

- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and services using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

- Implement and manage integrations with healthcare systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Health Information Systems (HIS), and other healthcare-specific software.

- Work on the development of healthcare-specific software solutions that comply with healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HL7.

- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

- Collaborate with business analysts, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications, adhering to best practices for healthcare data privacy and security.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in healthcare IT.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

- Strong experience working with healthcare technologies such as EHR, EMR, HIS, and HL7.

- Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA compliance, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.

- Strong expertise in SQL Server and database design, with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.

- Experience with version control tools like Git.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with healthcare-specific software frameworks like Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
