Senior Project manager Role :
- Project Integration Management.

- Minimum of 7 years of overall experience which includes stints in project management, Data Analysis, Business Analytics and change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI and Powerpoint.
- Application of Project Management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, and managing the portfolio, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality, and performance reporting
- Work closely with PMO team, contributing and understanding requirements, creating Power BI reports and dashboards, wireframes and mockups based on the specs.
- Work on automating process / activities.
- Work with Tech Lead to prepare WBS for stories based on the direction from TL.
- Create technical documents, demo scripts and user manuals for developed features, for diverse types of audience.
- Bring to the notice (aligned to escalation flow defined) of Dev Lead on ambiguities and impediments for implementing the assigned user stories.
- Resolve the assigned work item aligned to engineering standards & practices defined, and acceptance criteria.
- Update the assigned work item with effort, comments.
- Give demo of the tasks and user stories to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in SQL, Excel Advanced, Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure DevOps, Copilot Dev areas.
Project Planning and Execution :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Collaborate with data analysts to identify trends and insights from data sets.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Stakeholder Management :
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
Continuous Improvement :
- Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and project management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a data analytics environment.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
