Product Owner - UX App Builder

Scope:

• As Blue Yonder advances its next-generation User Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an innovative multi-modal User Experience.
• As part of the Product Management team within Blue Yonder s Research and Development group, you will work closely with Product Managers, product development teams, and UX designers.
• This role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset and deep expertise in User Experience frameworks and platform development to drive innovation and excellence.

What You ll Do:

• Act as the domain expert and advocate for best practices, supporting designers, developers, and quality teams within the product development lifecycle
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders (internal and external) related to our App Builder framework, liaising with Product Management, stakeholders, early adopters, services teams, and the Platform team
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and prioritize new requirements
• Document and present requirements to stakeholders for review and feedback
• Partner with UX designers to enhance the User Experience
• Ensure alignment with Blue Yonder s portfolio of products and facilitate adoption
• Demonstrate new functionalities to stakeholders, gathering input and feedback
• Deeply understand business requirements, Blue Yonder s product suites, and user needs to inform product decisions
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the domain, customer needs, existing product suite, and competitive landscape to help define the product vision for new features and products
• Champion User Experience quality within the company, advocating for high standards and innovative design solutions
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to encourage top-tier contributions from your team and peers

What We re Looking For:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Customer Engagement professional, with expertise in User Experience design systems, UX frameworks, and app builders
• Experience working in enterprise software User Experience; consumer UX experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including managing scrum teams and backlog refinement
• Familiarity with Product Management Tools. Our team uses Aha! for roadmap creation and reporting, Atlassian Jira for development tracking, and Atlassian Confluence for documentation.
• Familiarity with Prototyping and Design Tools. Our team uses Figma.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal) for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative and effective at building relationships across cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute as a team player
• Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
