Role & responsibilities

*Finalization (ACCOUNTING AND FINALIZATION): CHA, Logistics, Import & Export Industry (Not Mandatory)
Day to Day Routine Accounting using Tally Prime 2.0 (Latest Version)
Daily Bank Reconciliation in Tally
Verification of Purchase & Expense Invoices like Tracking PO & Checking GST Rates

Seeking Approval from Directors for Initiate Payment Disbursement of Vendors Invoices
Handling Finalization of Books of Accounts i.e., Balance Sheet & PNL
Making Provisions for monthly Expenses and Adjustment for Prepaid Expenses
Perform Routine Ledger Scrutiny and Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation
*Working on tally and all entries
*Gst (All knowledge - Booking Complete Monthly Sales Invoices in Tally to Generate GSTR-1
Booking Complete Monthly Purchases Invoices in Tally to Generate GSTR-2
Reconciliation of GSTR2 as per GSTR2B & GSTR2A
Follow up with Vendors with Pending Invoices for claiming ITC as per GSTR2B
Send all Data to GST Consultant for Review and Check. & Return Filing
Providing Data of Yearly GSTR9 & GSTR9C to the Consultants
Coordination with Vendors Regards to Tracking of e-Way Bills
*TDS
*Income Tax
*remittance
*Coordinate with CA at the audit time
*Balance sheet P&L
*Personal accounting of investment of directors
*Bank reconciliation
