Marketing UX designer

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive with UI/UX skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, enhancing user experiences, and optimizing our digital presence. Your expertise in both marketing strategies and UI/UX design will be essential in attracting and engaging our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing strategies, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces and ensure cohesive branding across all digital assets.
• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of visually engaging content (graphics, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Website and App Optimization: Conduct user research and analyze data to enhance website and app usability, navigation, and overall user experience.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors and stay updated on industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design) to ensure alignment on brand messaging and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• UI/UX Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and use metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and clear messaging.
• Creativity: A keen eye for design aesthetics and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
