As an intern in the Founder s Office at Blowtrumpet, you ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of running a startup. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the founder in developing and executing strategic plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making.
Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Build a strong understanding of ideal customers and early adopters.
Strategize on approaches to build inroads to win conversations with potential customers.
Help manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating with different departments, tracking progress on key initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the founder.
Collaborate with the founder and product team to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products.
Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for growth and optimize key performance metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and HR to support company-wide projects.
PR and Presentation:
Contribute to PR activities, including crafting press releases and managing media relationships.
Assist in designing and refining presentations and marketing materials.
Qualifications and Experience:
Recent graduate from a Tier-1 institute with a strong academic background.
Demonstrated interest in gaming, advertising, and strategy.
Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Strategy & Ops roles in high-growth startups or SaaS companies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong interest in Gaming, Cloud Solutions, AI, and advertising automation technologies.
Previous people management experience is a plus.
