Job Description
- Mechanism Design & Parameter Optimization Analysis: You ll perform novel statistical analyses and offer actionable insights that ensure the sustainable growth of our protocol clients based on specific objective functions.
- Create Risk Assessment & Monitoring Frameworks: You ll develop simulation frameworks and monitoring tools to ensure the well-being of our protocol clients in any market environment.
- Support Protocol Service Engagements: Youll use your knowledge and experience to assist in designing and executing major protocol service engagements while ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Author Applied Research: Youll partner with other members of the Research team to conduct deep and actionable research that provides unique insights and work to share and publicize the reports accordingly.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: You ll work cross-functionally with Blockworks Research s internal teams, as well as with external stakeholders, to derive informed, data-driven decisions on proposed protocol initiatives.
- Continuously Learn and Share Knowledge: You ll proactively keep up-to-date with evolving themes, protocols, and technologies in the industry and share your learning with the broader Research and Blockworks teams
